In the KidsClub everyone is really good to the kids and they are often reading books to my kids or playing with them. I can put my kids there and know they are being really well taken care of. Kids Night Out also I know my kids are in good hands.
Swim lessons work great for us because my kids are different ages and abilities but I can sign them up for the same lesson times and they have the lessons in the same pool just different classes. So I can be there watching all of them!
Everyone who works at the Central Y is welcoming and kind to me and my kids. I love my gym and everyone who knows me has probably heard me say that at least once if not more.
I rarely write reviews and I am receiving nothing for writing this review. I just really wanted to post this because this gym has been a really good thing in my life for the past year and a half.
Great facility. Love the indoor and outdoor pools. Also enjoy the spa. Love the fact that I can swim into the evening hours.
The staff is super helpful and friendly.

Shaw helped us enroll and my kids LOVED how he helped us find the pool, and the right trainers for them. Shaw is outstanding at what he does. Audrey is a great swim instructor and we highly recommend her. Andy and the team do a thorough job when it comes to basketball and matches. The facility had an incredible Halloween celebration. This place is very kid and family-friendly.

My kids got in YMCA last year at Sparks and they loved it. My daughter is still in this year and she enjoyed w her friends every day. They do arts n craft, learning respectful and daily activities and have so much fun. The staff is nice, friendly n supportive. Rebecca is great, she pays attention to kids and report to parents on point if things happen at the facility
This is a positive environment for exercise. The classes are challenging and fun. Swimming and basketball classes have been good for the kids also.
I love the Central YMCA! It's my haven. I love the wide variety of fitness classes, friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere, large facility, the pools (indoor and outdoor!) and overall friendly community.
I highly recommend the YMCA. They have swimming pools, lots of equipment and exercise classes. The atmosphere is friendly, there is free daycare while parents workout and no contracts. Just a reasonable monthly fee. Check them out!
To be sincere I wasn’t sure what the ymca program was until my daughter mention it to me . I recommend it 10 times because they not only help with care for the students but they keep them busy and active by the time she gets home she gets home so tired she takes naps haha which is great and It gives me the time to go pick her up I work afternoons and my lunch hout is at 5 pm it’s perfect timing to pick her up I highly recommend the ymca !! Very grateful for all those people who help take care of our kids like they are there’s . Thank you staff ❤️👍
